- PRESS RELEASE
The new branch will cater to inbound business and leisure travellers as well as to the local population in Lebanon's second largest city and sea port, and surrounding areas.
"The new branch offers a full range of car rental services, and customers will be able to choose from our complete fleet of vehicles," said Farid R. Kanazeh, owner and general manager of Lebanese Rental Company, the Hertz franchisee in Lebanon. "Our target market is the whole of the north of Lebanon."
With its main branch in Downtown Beirut, and a 24-hour facility at the city's international airport, Hertz Lebanon has been capitalising this year on a marked increased in leisure travel to Beirut from other Middle East countries.
"We've experienced a significant growth in business, largely due to the increase in visitors from other parts of the region, especially from Kuwait and Saudi Arabia," said Kanazeh.
