Emaar launches Al Majara tower

Emaar Properties announced the launch of a new apartment tower in the Al Majara complex at the company's innovative Dubai Marina waterfront development.
Al Majara features five high-rise and mid-rise apartment buildings, four of which have already been sold out. The Dubai Marina Sales Centre is open from 9am to 8pm every day, seven days a week.

The soon-to-be-launched Marina Walk, the 11km marina promenade will be the highpoint of the marina lifestyle. The exclusive boulevard features fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, retail outlets and a supermarket.
Amenities at Al Majara Towers include a 15,000 sq ft super resort spa and fitness club, outdoor terraces with swimming pool, a gymnasium, a Hollywood style movie theatre, games rooms, a business centre, guest suites, elegantly landscaped courtyards, private gardens and 24-hour concierge and security.
The Dubai Marina development, which spans 50 million sq. ft., comprises luxurious residential apartment towers, villas and retail outlets in a spectacular waterfront location. The first phase was handed over to new homeowners last year, and includes more than 1000 apartments in six multi-level high-rise towers and 64 luxury villas.
"No matter which tower you live in, the apartments have been designed to allow water views from almost every part of this development. The sense of privacy and charm is overwhelming, and despite the feeling of being 'far away from the madding crowd', it is still within easy reach of city life," he added.
For marine enthusiasts, the Dubai Marina is, perhaps, the epitome of their most imaginative dreams. The vast expanse of the man-made marina notwithstanding, the magnificence of it all is enhanced with direct ocean access through an adjoining inlet. "For boat owners, the Marina will have everything. First class moorage at a fully-equipped, well-protected marina will offer berthing facilities for around 1,000 to 1,400 boats of varying sizes," Belshalat added.
