Fully leased by time of completion, "the apartments are unique in all aspects and is known as a one of a kind apartment development in Dubai," said Asteco's Managing Director, Elaine Jones. "Instead of being in a tower or a building, the 74 apartment complex only features a ground plus two floors."

"The demand for such projects has increased incredibly by the tenants in Dubai and Asteco is working towards being part of similar residential buildings in the future to meet the requirements of the fast growing population of Dubai."

The originally conceptualised apartment building includes spacious, bright and well planned layouts, where all the apartments contain all-white goods, dishwashers and quality finishes. Some of the apartments even comprise extremely large balconies.

In a quiet neighbourhood away from traffic congestion, the location is excellent and there has been a great need for more apartments on the Jumeirah side of town. The one and two bedroom apartments require a single access card in order to enter the building and the parking lot, ensuring complete security in addition to the 24-hour security already in place.

Facilities include a swimming pool surrounded by a generous area, a very high quality and well equipped gymnasium and a sauna.
