Valet parking introduced at Dubai International Airport at Arrivals; Departures will soon have the facility as well

The Department of Civil Aviation, Dubai, in an effort to provide enhanced passenger service, has introduced valet parking for those meeting arriving passengers (ground level) and also for visitors to the Department of Civil Aviation, offices (upper level).
The valet parking is free for people with special needs, while others have to a fee. After giving the car, the customer has to call the valet service ten minutes before to give notice for getting the car back.
This service will be further enhanced at a later stage. Plans are to provide maintenance, cleaning, registration of car etc for business travellers who leave their car for 3-4 days with the valet parking.
Mr Mohammad Al Tayer, Director, Protocol & Public Relations, commented: "We aim to provide better services and facilities with each passing year. Dubai International Airport is among the top airports in the world today and we are proud of our achievement.. This service has been introduced keeping this in mind - We want to do better."
