Emirates Airline takes delivery of Audi A6's for pilot chauffeur service

Emirates Airlines has taken delivery of 10 Audi A6 Avant executive saloons from fleet provider Europcar in order to enhance its pilot chauffeur service.
Emirates Airline pilots will enjoy the highest standards of luxury and performance from the Audi A6. The A6 is aiming for leadership in the executive class segment through outstanding driving dynamics and high technology, superior comfort and a wide range of equipment.
"Since its inception, Emirates Airlines has continuously strived to innovate and lead in its field," said Rene Koneberg, AGCC Sales Manager Audi AG
"Similarly, the A6 is setting out to leave its competitors behind, as the most progressive car in the executive class, making it an obvious choice for transportation of Emirates Airline's pilots," he added.
Audi's limousine service has been responsible for the luxurious transport of politicians, royalty and business leaders at the most prominent international events across the world. Most recently 250 Audi A8's were used by the Dubai 2003 committee as a chauffeur service for VIP delegates of the Annual Meetings of the Boards of Governors of the World Bank Group and International Monetary Fund.
The brand with the four ring badge was also the choice for the NATO Summit in Prague and at the event marking the end of Denmark's presidency of the EU in Copenhagen.
