GOIC suggests looking into fulfilling human resources plans in the GCC

In order to achieve full economic development, the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) asks for a reevaluation in fulfilling and improving human resource plans in the GCC States.

GOIC seeks to accomplish results that match the ongoing changes, making skills and knowledge the main components to measure the human resource development.

This came in the latest publication of GOIC's Gulf Industrial Bulletin #47. The Bulleting has affirmed that changes which come from the new world order, Numerical Economies, and modern industries all depend on skills and knowledge.

Many understandings have changed, as well as ways and methods of production. Technological development can only happen with certain criteria, mainly training and teaching human motifs.

Human motifs have been a part of GCC States great concern within its total development, and they have issued the laws and regulations for it. GCC States have tied learning degrees with the needs of the market place.

The Bulletin has also added that in order for this to be accomplished, GCC States have established sophisticated training centers. The Ministers of Planning in the GCC States have agreed to encourage the roles of GCC workers by training and teaching programs in accordance with the needs of the GCC markets place. Many of the GCC States have also made plans to substitute foreign workers with National workers.

The idea is to establish a Gulf Authority for Labour, as an authority or institute which elaborates between the places of specialty in the GCC to acknowledge the needs of each state and to help locate the workers within the GCC States. Following this consulting authority could be the establishment of a Gulf Center for planning labor force and promoting it.
