The summer learning programme functions as a tool to familiarize students with career opportunities in both the public and private sectors in the UAE. The summer learning programme of Mashreqbank was launched in 1998 and has been exclusively designed for UAE nationals aged between 15 and 19 who are on the threshold of making career choices for their future. The objective is to provide these students with an insight into the business world in order to empower and equip them to make intelligent and educated career choices.
