Given the expanse of Eqarat.com's agent network, which is the largest in the region with access to over 1,000 real estate organizations worldwide, the event provided a valuable insight into the rapid growth of interest and direct investment into Dubai's market. It also saw the unveiling of new services for potential investors.
Among the innovations launched was Dubai's first 'property tour,' a managed service which will enable potential investors from around the world to explore all of Dubai's major developments in one easy trip. The tour will be the first time that investors will be offered a full overview of all the investments offered within the Emirate in one morning or afternoon session, including hosted trips to each site.
'Our forum provides us with the ideal platform to bring together our agent network from around the world and discuss the exciting opportunities offered within region's real estate sector,' said Mohammed Safin, General Manager, Eqarat.com, who spoke at the event.
'The feedback from attendees confirms our belief that the Dubai real estate sector presents a host of unique investment opportunities, and is set for continued growth into the next decade,' added Safin.
In addition to the property tour, executives from Eqarat.com also unveiled a range of turnkey real estate solutions that it will make available to its agent network over the next year. Over 70 agents attended the event, making it the largest so far in the series of Eqarat.com forums, which also saw a number of awards presented to Eqarat.com's leading representatives.
Discussion at the forum centered on a number of key reasons suggesting that market growth will continue at its current high rate. One of the key reasons cited is that Dubai presents an extremely positive landscape for developers, investors and home buyers alike - and represents an unusually 'level playing field' in the global real estate sector.
'The combination of prime investment opportunities and a higher-than-average rate of profit optimization, unique developments, and strong professional services for investors and home buyers make Dubai a very exciting real estate market,' added Abdalla Altaji, Director of Operations, Eqarat.com.
Representatives Eqarat.com at the event included General Manger Mohammed Safin, Firas Nouri, who is Agents Head, and Abdalla Altaji, Director of Operations.
Speeches from the Eqarat.com team focused upon the expanding potential of the region's property market, and also the strength underlying the key partnerships that are driving growth in the UAE. Altaji also spoke about the strategic vision behind Eqarat.com, and its ambition to assist developers throughout the Middle East through the provision of market analysis and research.
Guest speakers from the real estate industry included Bassam El-Khoury from the International Financial Advisers (IFA), Greg Aveling, Sales Manager, Damac, and Tariq Hameed, Head of Sales for Tamweel.
These speakers provided an overview of the current and future developments their companies had been involved in around the world, ranging from apartment complexes in the United Arab Emirates to IFA's new holiday resorts in South Africa and Zanzibar.
They also examined upcoming investment opportunities, ranging for IFA's exciting range of hospitality projects, Damac's impressive range of managed properties, and also discussed Tamweel's experiences of financing of world-class residential projects.
