Passionately Italian at Le Meridien Kuwait flagship restaurant

The stunning new restaurant, based on a European-style marketplace, is offering dishes as diverse as eggplant timbale with buffalo mozzarella, tagliatelle with smoked salmon and caviar cream, or fresh lobster, with pannacotta to finish.
The promotion, designed especially for the summer months, complements the restaurant's reputation for serving the finest international cuisine.

According to Le Meridien Hotels' country manager Hannes Yaghi, the restaurant provides an authentic atmosphere and a real taste of Italy. He said: "Capri has established itself as a firm favourite with both Kuwaiti residents and visitors, thanks to its top-class cuisine at good value and a location right in the city centre."

The property's other restaurant, Al Marsa, has rapidly made a name for itself as a fine seafood restaurant, thanks to its extensive display of the freshest underwater offerings, from hammour and other local specialities Nuwaibi or Nakrur to lobster, and more. Guests can select what seafood they want - and their portion size - before giving cooking instructions to the restaurant chefs.

Le Meridien has a joint venture with A'amal Holding to open four hotels in the state, following the opening of Le Meridien Kuwait early last year, it will introduce the second phase of expansion with the opening of the 70-room Le Meridien Tower Kuwait soon, with a third hotel in the Mubarakia area next year.
