As Interim Manager, Baylé has taken over the day to day management of agency operations while a global search for a suitable successor to Mousell is carried out.

Introducing Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) in the Middle East in the nineties, Baylé adapted Gmasco to this philosophy by creating satellite divisions around the core business - advertising. They cover among others: market research, public relations, internet services, merchandising and promotions, gifts and giveaways, print and production. Baylé also created the Arabian Communications Network, a chain of independent agencies in the Middle East to serve clients across the borders of the UAE.

Part of the Al-Futtaim Group, Gmasco was established over forty years ago and is the largest privately owned marketing communications agency in the UAE. The Al-Futtaim Group is committed to push ahead with ambitious plans for the future development of the agency, its satellite divisions and its regional presence.
