- United Arab Emirates: Wednesday, August 11 - 2004 at 17:03
- PRESS RELEASE
Emaar Properties today announced the signing of a strategic agreement with Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS) for the development of a new branch of the school in the Arabian Ranches community.
"Emaar's mandate is to not only build world class lifestyle communities, but also to assist in the development of enduring public institutions of learning within our master-planned projects," said Sanjay Kumar, Senior Development Manager, Emaar Properties. "Schools embody community values and are central to the life and learning of the entire community. They help build well-educated citizens," he said.
JESS's reputation spans nearly 30 years in Dubai and matches the uniqueness of the Ranches community, which is now globally recognised as a fine example of ultra modern lifestyle merged with the timeless desert.
The school will form part of the first phase of the Arabian Ranches development, which features the region's first desert golf course a state-of-the-art clubhouse, spa and top class retail facilities.
Complementing these facilities will be a state-of-the-art polo ground, a full-service equestrian centre and air-conditioned stabling for horses, together with facilities and trainers for various equine sports.
