Solidarity, one of the Middle East's leading Takaful companies, has launched a landmark training programme to ensure that the highest possible standards are met within the company.
The programme, which is being headed by the newly appointed Feda Salameh, Head of Training and Development, Family Takaful, will then be taken to all countries in the GCC over the next two months.
"Our aim is to provide complete support to our sales team and distribution channels to help them achieve their goals, fulfil their potential and, consequently, the potential of this company," said, Rob King, General Manger, Solidarity Family Takaful. "As a company that prides itself on trust and fair practice, it is essential that our staff adhere and operate in such a manner by working ethically and for the needs of the customer by providing a long term service and commitment".
Solidarity, which has been set up in direct response to the growing demand for Takaful products across the region, is designed to operate in full accordance with the guiding principles of Islamic Shari'ah.
"Takaful has gained increasing popularity because of it's fairness to its consumers and this is something we wish to emphasise in our training programmes. The need for our clients to trust both the products we are offering and the staff involved is paramount," said Salameh, Head of Training and Development, Family Takaful.
"Our employees are trained to the highest international business quality standards and this, coupled with a stringent sales format, ensures that we recommend for our customers the most suited and appropriate investment opportunities."
Solidarity is poised to become the largest Islamic insurance company in the world and is one of the top 10 companies in the Arab world in terms of paid up capital.
