AUST Network signs training program agreements with private sector institutions

Ajman University of Science and Technology Network signed a number of agreement with many private sector institutions to allow training opportunities for the university students in these institutions.
He said, "Training as an art has witnessed a lots of progress in term of means and quality to produce capable individuals. We at AUST give a lot of value and importance to training for which we have created a large center by the name Continuous Learning and Training Center, (CLTC) to assist our students to be prepared for their future carrier".
" We are trying to be in pace with the latest training programmes in other similar universities in the West and Europe. The university of Ajman gives a lots of significance to training programmes hence established the (CLTC) to adapt the modern means of training par with educational institutions in the west", he added.
" We have coordinated with a number of private sector institutions to train and help prepare our students for their future labour market carrier. We consider training as part of the curriculum and that the final evaluation of the graduates will be based on the students' performance during his or her training programme. The training center coordinate with these private sector institutions to send the right candidates who will be trained and finally be allowed job opportunity if they prove to be good and efficient", he said.
" The Training Center organize a number of workshops for the university students to raise their efficiency and skills. The Training Center closely watch the labour markets needs and development to draw its strategy and plan its training policy which should be in line with the latest and rapid changes in the marketplace", he added.
He said," We put the students into a number of group to show them the ways of preparing their C.Vs, and how to prepare oneself for Carrier Interview".
