PWC Logistics denies rumors of plans for NASDAQ listing

The Public Warehousing Company K.S.C., also known as PWC Logistics, today denied recent rumors they are seeking to have their stock quoted on the NASDAQ Stock Market.

Tarek Sultan Al-Essa, PWC's Chairman & Managing Director, commented: "PWC is not currently planning or considering the issuance and sale of any new stock or rights issues." He continued: "Any plans to undertake an offering of PWC shares in the United States would be made only following a comprehensive analysis of the ramifications of any such offering, and then strictly in accordance with United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations."
