Nakheel imports cement
Nakheel's first shipment of cement has arrived at Jebel Ali Port: a reaction to spiralling local prices. Both Nakheel and the Dubai Ports Authority have welcomed a recent Government initiative to drop tariffs on cement. Sultan Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman of Nakheel and the Dubai Ports Authority, says he hopes the imports will help stabilise the market.
