The Sydney, Australia headquartered company, which operates from Dubai's prestigious Sheikh Zayed Road aims to change the face of recruitment in the Middle East.

After just over four months' of being open for business, Charterhouse is proving the UAE's more sophisticated demand for high quality recruitment services to cater for its booming economic expansion by growing from strength to strength.

Deborah Brown, General Manager says, 'we expected to be successful but are delighted by the speed in which we have been able to make an impact on the UAE recruitment market and by the interest and amount of business we have gained from numerous companies in the area'.

The company offers specialized recruitment in the following areas: Banking, Accountancy and Finance, Sales and Marketing, IT and Telecommunication, Architecture, Construction and Engineering, Oil and Gas and will soon be introducing a specialist Legal Division along with an Office Administration / Executive PA Division.

Charterhouse has doubled its number of staff since opening and has expanded the Sales and Marketing Division due to client demand. Further plans for rapid expansion are scheduled for before the end of this year.
