"Security is a major concern for all PC users, and as such we are pleased to be part of this competition to encourage the public to learn about SP2 and the benefits of installing it. As a technology vendor, we are committed to driving initiatives with our partners that will help to create a safer and more secure environment," said Mazen Shehadah, Product Marketing Manager, Microsoft South Gulf.
"Windows XP Service Pack 2 is a major release for Microsoft, that, once installed will create the most secure Windows operating system ever. As such, it is important that we encourage as many users as possible to understand the benefits of SP2 and to make sure their PCs are updated with it. This competition gives us an excellent method of raising awareness about SP2 among users as well giving them the chance to win some great prizes," Shehadah added.
