DNS is a core element of the Internet service that allows Internet access to the World Wide Web (www). If your computer cannot access DNS servers, you will not be able to browse the net.
Commenting on the change, Mr. Abdulla Hashim, Senior Manager, eCompany, said: "The new DNS re-engineering will definitely enhance and improve efficiency, reliability and robustness of the Internet service in UAE. Our subscribers need to follow the step by step procedure detailed on the guide page to avoid any browsing problems."
