DBT-900AP Bluetooth-to-LAN Access-Point to eliminate connectivity barrier with Ethernet LANs

The device allows multiple users with Bluetooth enabled devices to connect seamlessly and wirelessly to a LAN (Local Area Network) and the Internet.

Low-cost/High speed point-to multi-point connectivity:
The DBT-900AP allows multiple mobile users to connect to it simultaneously and without delay when they are within range of the access point. The device connects directly to a hardwired switch or router through its 10/100 Ethernet-port enabling users to access information services on a local area network (LAN), e-mail, file transfer, Web browsing and synchronization. Printers, scanners and storage devices connected to an Ethernet network can also be shared among Bluetooth users. Connectivity is simple. Bluetooth devices will auto-detect signals in access-point vicinity and prompt for connection

Internet sharing:
Through its Ethernet interface, the DBT-900AP can be directly connected to a broadband Internet gateway (without the need for connection through a mobile operator) for high speed Internet sharing among Bluetooth-enabled users
