eCompany launches DialPlus service to provide multiple Internet access accounts

eCompany, Etisalat's one-stop e-powerhouse business unit that provides Internet services and total e-solutions, today announced the launch of the DialPlus Service that allows businesses as well as individuals to have multiple DialUP Internet access accounts and customized e-mail addresses based on their domain names, for example yourname@yourdomain.ae.

Businesses can now equip employees to access the Internet remotely with this enhanced DialUP service and individuals can provide their family members with Internet access.

The DialPlus service has an easy billing mechanism, with a single bill in the organisation or individual's name rather than individual bills for each user. It also provides customized virtual domain e-mails and a centralized management account for DialUP access and e-mail.

Launching the DialPlus service, Ahmad Abdulkarim Julfar, General Manager, eCompany, said: "The enhanced DialPlus service demonstrates that we are in touch with customer requirements and are constantly innovating with our services. DialPlus will allow centralised management of employee DialUP access in terms of billing and monitoring and is particularly suited for the needs of small and medium businesses as well as individuals who wish to provide their family members with DialUP access."

Businesses or individuals can subscribe to the service by specifying the number of user accounts in multiples of three accounts that they wish to set-up. Customers are charged a one-time registration fee plus a fixed monthly fee for a group of three accounts that they subscribe to. In addition, customers will pay the standard DialUP usage charges for all the accounts they have subscribed to.

For greater customer convenience, a help desk managed by skilled professionals has been set up by eCompany. The help desk is open to receive customer queries and respond to their complaints on a 24X7 basis. Customers can call the eCompany help desk toll free on 800 6100.
