The importance of efficient handling of relationships between the newspaper and its customer base has been highly considered in setting the project's requirements. The comprehensive software suite that has been successfully deployed at Al Ghad's premises provides tangible benefits including increased efficiency in managing the newspaper's financial transactions, delivery of quality customer services, and better organisation of the advertisement reservation requests.

ESKADENIA® Business Manager provides Al Ghad with control over the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Item Management, Inventory, Human Resources, Payroll, Purchasing Management, and System Organisation transactions. This state-of-art solution integrates with ESKADENIA® CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that allows Telemarketing, Sales, Call Centre, and Circulation Departments to effectively manage the contacts, queries and subscriptions information. It also allows reporting lists of subscribers to the financial system for invoicing; managing Routing Circulation Plans for distributors (drivers); and organising the marketing activities, campaigns and promotions.

The Classified Advertisements Reservation application enables Al-Ghad Newspaper's agents to choose specific editions or dates for the advertisements, include the customers' advertisements content, calculate the cost with value added tax, print receipts, arrange advertisements in suitable forms, and export all information to Apple Macintosh publishing software. The system also provides the flexibility to choose each advertisement category and control the size of the advertisement within the allowed areas per each newspaper edition.
