AUST Network Center For Training & Learning organizes training session in academic guidance

Ajman University of Science and Technology Network's Center for Continuous Training and learning organized a two-day long training sessions in academic guidance.

The sessions were conducted at the Faculty of Education. The training sessions were conducted by a number of experts in the field of training. Dr Hassan Al Samaraie, Dean, Center for Continuous Training & Learning said, ''The main aim for organizing such sessions is the need for the university workers to know the procedures of registering educational curriculum for each student and the procedures of final approval of the educational plan for the students".

"The center is distinguished by containing academic expertise, local, regional and international human resources., modern technologies and multimedia. Our primary objective is to link the outcomes of learning with the needs of different institutions in terms of training courses with well-defined and specific goals and features," said Dr Samarie.

"We do our best to diagnose problems and suggest spontaneous solutions through training courses. We ultimately want our graduates to be of fine quality and perfect capability", he said.

Al Samarie added that the Continuous Training & Learning Center (CTLC) applies scientific criteria in the selection of trainers, programs and assessment of performance. The training center performs a number of activities.

Al Samarie said, "We select a group of qualified tutors to conduct the training programs , they are all graduates with doctorate and master degrees from reputable foreign and Arab universities".
