Bank of Valetta selects Altitude Software for customer interaction management solution

Bank of Valletta plc (BOV), Malta, is set to launch a new online banking service for its customers.

To this end, the bank opted for Altitude Software's contact centre software suite and e-finance products by the company formerly known as Brokat, a software provider acquired by DataDesign AG at the beginning of this year. Dubai Internet City based-Systems integrator BusinessOne which belongs to the STS Group has provided a customized integration to link Altitude Software with DataDesign e-finance products. IND Interactive Netdesign (Hungary), Connectica s.a.r.l. (Lebanon) and Vasco (Belgium) will also be closely involved in the project.

Altitude Software MEA & South Asia and BusinessOne are both based in Dubai Internet City.

BOV aims to offer its customers secure and convenient online services, empowering them to conduct banking business electronically. With its new multi-channel banking system, the bank will deliver services via high-performance alternative delivery channels such as the Internet, IVR (Interactive Voice Response), mobile devices, and its Customer Service Centre.

This high-security solution will enable its retail and corporate customers to access the bank's services via all available delivery channels on an anytime, anywhere basis whilst ensuring that all transactions are protected by the same high standards of security. The multi-channel solution comprises all standard banking services.
