HP triples regional Unix sales

Hewlett-Packard has increased its share of Unix server business by 330 per cent at the expense of Sun, MD Joseph Hanania told Gulf News. He claimed a 45 per cent market share to Sun's 16 per cent, and said it was now a two horse race with IBM. HP has been increasing its share in the enterprise business sector despite a decline in the overall market.
