He will be based in Dubai. His role will be to work with media, customers, partners and other stakeholders in support of Boeing's business objectives across the region.
Sami joins Boeing from Gulf Hill and Knowlton where he was Regional Client Services Director, prior to which he worked in the communications industry in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. He was previously a journalist as Business Editor of Al Iktissad Wal Amaal.
Matthew de la Haye, VP International Communications said: "Sami comes to Boeing with a great reputation and we are delighted to have him join us. He will help to establish Boeing ever more firmly in the region.
