Chambers inaugurates first Middle Eastern Cisco Technical Support Organisation at Estarta Solutions in Jordan

This TSO is the first of its kind in the region and marks the beginning of a strategic relationship between Cisco and Estarta that will deliver specialized Cisco technology support for organisations across the Middle East.

Cisco Systems has chosen Estarta Solutions to establish Cisco's first regional TSO, due to Estarta's strong technical pedigree and its track record of developing innovative solutions for its clients across the region. Cisco customers in the Middle East will benefit from regional support as a range of their technical requests will be routed from Cisco's TSO in Belgium to Estarta's TSO in Jordan.
