'For our Indian customers this means that when they return home their mobile phone and accessories, including batteries, battery charger and headset are all covered by the warranty for a period of one year' said Mohamed A. Morsy added 'Our Motorola customers can call our India call center numbers, mentioned on the in box-warranty card, to gain direction to the nearest customer care center for repair & return of under warranty or any other after sales support needed.'
Motorola are currently the only manufacturer to offer this service to its customers. It has over 140 service collection points throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and approximately 50 customer care centers. Research that was recently carried out by Motorola reported that over 75% of its repairs were carried out in one day or less. The research also showed that 80% of its customers were exceptionally satisfied with the service offered from our customer care centers throughout the MENA region.
