SAND to participate in GITEX 2004

The Stingray® Suite is a family of feature rich products providing smart solutions for the telecommunications market via state of art CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technologies. Stingray® Contact Centre provides a complete view of the customer through the integration of phone, fax, email, web and SMS technologies. Add to that Voice over IP (VoIP) support and you will experience one of the most powerful products in the market in the communication field.

As part of our VoIP integration, Stingray® Suite integrates with Cisco Call Manager to provide tools for easy creation of IP phone services on Cisco AVVID architecture. SAND provides customized software integrated with the Cisco Call Manager like Arabic speech support services with several successful installations in Egypt.

Part of the Stingray® Suite is the Stingray® Enterprise IVR platform with many installations in the MENA region to provide means to handle large number of simultaneous customer calls on E1 lines running latest telecommunications protocols such as Euro ISDN and also supporting older ones like CAS R2. The medium scale version Stingray® Light is also exhibited for smaller scale IVR projects working on analog phone lines.

In our stand at GITEX 2004 the visitors will also experience SAND LIVE which are our latest collaboration tools that deliver value over IP through the integration of audio and video capabilities over the Internet for chatting and eLearning purposes. The real power of this product comes from the highly benchmarked performance on dial up lines. Our main concern was to provide media services to home users that have no access to broadband services like DSL or leased lines. SAND LIVE also adds value to eLearning institutes; with the creation of a virtual school with virtual classrooms. Instructors are able to give live explanations and presentations and answer student questions instantly online.

One of the recent additions to our products is the Fax Server. This is very useful for the banking industry for example where faxes are constantly used for legal and documentary purposes. The Fax Server works on analog and digital lines which makes it suitable for small and medium enterprises. It is also highly scalable to suit larger enterprises through the use of digital lines.

One thing that GITEX visitor will not be able to see in our stand at Sheikh Rashed hall is our outsourcing services.
