AUST Network's Faculty of Business Administration organizes orientation session for its students

Dr Mohammed Al Shami, Dean, Faculty of Business Administration, AUST Network said, " The main objective of the gathering is to bring about a kind of bond between the newcomers and the senior students and to familiarize the newcomers with faculty practices and activities''.

"Since its inception the Faculty of BA has contributed a great deal in feeding the local and regional markets with qualified and efficient graduates who are today distinguishing themselves in good positions both in governmental and private sector organizations. The faculty of Business Administration has designed the two-year diploma program to meet the needs of those students who wish to obtain a good and solid business education and skills in a relatively short period of time", said Dr Al Shami.

" The Diploma holders are allowed to pursue their Bachelor degree program if they wish so. The Diploma program has a set of carefully selected courses, which in conjunction with its training components will enable students to master both academic and practical knowledge demanded by such important sectors of the market as banking, marketing, finance and accounting", he added.

He said, " Holders of Business Administration Diploma will find their future career secured in today's business world since the program prepares them for entry in level middle management jobs in both small and large business organizations. The Faculty of Business Administration of Ajman University of Science and Technology has developed the Diploma program with great care and thought to ensure that students completing the program successfully will be demanded and welcomed in the marketplace."
