Netlink announces enhancing local, regional operations; doubles staff, beefs up regional offices

The Dubai-headquartered integrated technology solutions provider, Netlink, today announced that it has strengthened its local and regional business operations, with a view to provide innovative services and next-generation products and dedicated customer-focused attention to its growing portfolio of clients in the UAE as well as across the region.
"Our expansion signifies our current growth in business in the UAE and the region, as well as our confidence in notching up higher profitability from our operations in the region. We have targeted tripling our regional customer base in the next two years and provide more value-added, cutting-edge, contemporary products and services," Mr. Arora said.
Netlink, since its inception has successfully delivered a wide range of integrated technology solutions outsourced through global partnerships and developed in-house, offering regional businesses the advantage of optimizing their business resources. The company's core aim is to offer a basket of IT services and solutions ranging from web services and integration, developing and marketing a range of next generation software and hardware products, integrated marketing and media marketing, wireless devices etc.
"Dubai is fast becoming an outsourcing hub for the region and at Netlink, we consider this as a great opportunity to grow our business and expand our reach across the region and beyond. Over the years, our outsourcing strategy has proved to be a major winner in the regional market and we undertake technology projects on a turnkey basis with development done at our technology centres in India, the US and the UK," Mr. Arora said.
Commenting on the restructuring of the company's business model, Mr. Arora said Netlink has updated its business model to reflect the course of its direction as well as to highlight the new technology segments the company has ventured into. "Apart from portal development and customized software solutions, we have decided to focus on the financial segment in our outsourcing business, considering the regional potential this market offers," Mr. Arora said.
He said Netlink has created separate divisions for wireless products and services, hardware and software products including next-generation VoIP technology, small and medium businesses and advertising and events.
"We believe in developing Netlink as a comprehensive, innovative IT and new marketing product and services company catering to a whole range of businesses across the region. We already have a reputation in this market for our integrated approach to technology and cutting-edge software solutions line-up, thanks to global partnerships with companies like Tridion and Software AG," Mr. Arora added.
