Mitel delivers award-winning portfolio of IP communications solutions

Mitel will be demonstrating IP telephony platforms, the industry's broadest range of IP desktop devices, contact centres and video collaboration solutions.

Visitors to the show, scheduled to take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from the 3rd to the 7th of October, will be able to see how business communication requirements can be simplified over a single IP-based infrastructure. Through a commitment to standards and interoperability, Mitel IP communications solutions can be easily integrated into virtually any data infrastructure.

One of the solutions which will be on show at Gitex 2004 is the Mitel 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP), which provides enterprises with a highly scalable, feature-rich communications system designed to support businesses from 30-30,000 users," Amili explained.

The 3300 ICP provides enterprise IP-PBX capability plus a range of embedded applications including voicemail, auto-attendant, ACD and an 802.11b wireless gateway

Other solutions being exhibited include Mitel's 6100 Contact Center Solution (CCS) which provides a modular suite of Web-centric contact center applications that provide large enterprise functionality for the fast growing small-to-medium contact center. Highly scalable, the 6100 CCS provides multimedia functionality incorporating routing and reporting for e-mail, voice and fax. The 6100 CCS is fully supported across a centralized, multi-site, IP or TDM environment.
