The ILM Level 4 Diploma in Management Coaching & Mentoring is designed for those managers with a wider responsibility for coaching & mentoring new and newly promoted employees, especially junior managers, to enable them to perform to their full potential.
This programme supports managers in actively supporting the growth and development of their organisations and facilitating change by nurturing talent, enabling learning and development, and encouraging personal growth and career development.
The ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring & Executive Coaching is designed for those people working to meet the need for effective leadership in organisations.
