- United Arab Emirates: Monday, September 27 - 2004 at 12:27
- PRESS RELEASE
Dubtrade, licensed master franchisee of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) for Middle East and the UAE has yet again reinforced its commitment to providing its customers a 'Total Quality Experience'.
Commenting on receiving this recognition of achievement, Mr. Ismail Akil Abbasi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Dubtrade said: "SPMS™ is such a vital tool that it has been registered by CBTL worldwide. It is a combination of reports generated within the store and external agencies. An evaluation system that effectively measures customer's Total Quality Experience, SPMS™ has helped CBTL maintain a consistent quality in their service across all the stores in the region".
"The minimum acceptable SPMS™ scores set by CBTL International are very high. To be honoured with this award therefore signifies a tremendous vote of confidence in the CBTL outlets in this region. This award is not just for top quality products, but for the total quality coffee and tea experience," he added.
This system provides an objective snapshot of individual store ranking. The quality of service, product and the environment is measured independently of financial achievements, as financial results are not the only indicators of good performance.
