A series of customer offers that include price offs, lucky draws and discounts have been designed for new and existing subscribers of the Al Shamil service that allows subscribers to access the Internet at speeds up to 50 times faster than a normal dial-up connection based upon the package the customer may choose to subscribe to.

New subscribers to Al Shamil service packages of 256K and 512K will get a 50 per cent discount on the monthly rental for the first three months as well as free installation. Similarly, existing Al Shamil service users, who contractually commit to a yearly subscription, will be offered a 10 per cent discount on monthly rentals for 12 months. This discount applies to all Al Shamil 256K, 512K, 1MB, and 2MB packages.

In addition, all Al Shamil new and existing customers can enjoy travel packages at special prices from Dnata, the region's leading supplier of travel and airline services, and stand a chance to win free air tickets from Dnata in an online lucky draw conducted by eCompany.

The exclusive holiday packages are tailored for singles or couples and include attractive destinations such as the UK, Australia, France, Malaysia, Maldives, Egypt and Thailand. Also included in the packages are international flights in economy class, 3 nights hotel accommodation at 4 or 5 star-hotels, daily breakfast, and return Airport-Hotel transfers.

Announcing the tie up with Dnata, Mr. Abdulla Hashim, Senior Manager, eCompany, said: "We invite Internet users in the UAE to experience the ease and convenience of broadband and are happy that Dnata has joined us in this effort. This is an ideal opportunity for DialUP service users to convert to high-speed Internet in order to expand the scope of their online activities, cast their net wide to explore the farthest corners of the Internet, and broaden their communication, education, and entertainment experience."

Mr. Rashid Al Noori, Senior Vice President at Dnata Agencies said: "We are happy to partner with eCompany on this initiative. The Internet has become increasingly integrated into lifestyle activities - for instance many people now turn to the Internet as a starting point for researching their travel plans - and broadband access would bring greater convenience to these users."

For greater customer convenience, a help desk managed by skilled professionals has been set up by eCompany. The help desk is open to receive customer queries and respond to their complaints on a 24X7 basis.
