Buzz to showcase its call centre solutions in New York with the Dubai Outsource Zone

Buzz Contact Centre Solutions, a leading call centre solutions provider covering the Middle East and North Africa, is all set to make waves in New York as part of a small prestigious group invited by Dubai Internet City's 'Dubai Outsource Zone (DOZ)' to be showcased in the most high profile international road show on Outsourcing.

The event aims at attraction US CEOs and businesses to meet outsourcing options. Buzz going under the umbrella of Dubai Outsource Zone aims at attracting lucrative call centre business that has been going to India and other Asian destinations.

"We are simply thrilled that DIC chose Buzz to represent Dubai in the international arena, this simply goes to show how long we have come since launch in March 2002," stated Abdulla Qassem, Chief Manager of Buzz. According to global consultancy Mckinsey, outsourcing to countries outside the United States of America brings huge economic benefits. For example, in 2002, for every dollar spent in the US on outsourcing to an offshore location, the total value derived by the global economy was $1.4 to $1.47. Every dollar spent on outsourcing resulted in savings of 58 cents to US investors and customers.
