In line with its ongoing philosophy of providing personalized and efficient service and quality products, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf (CBTL) staff have undergone a refresher workshop recently where fundamental skills of serving the best cup of coffee and tea were updated to ensure the continued satisfaction of its customers.
The rigorous yet enjoyable training sessions take place every two months to ensure all staff are up to date and continue to follow the all important and secret methods of drink making, develop customer service skills by encouraging a fun and friendly atmosphere in every outlet and increase product knowledge.
"The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf takes training very seriously with the objective to create an enthusiasm, knowledge and confidence amongst our staff about our brand which in turn will be passed on to our loyal customers. We want our customers to know that we know about our products," said Mohammed Feroz, regional franchise manager of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
"At The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf we believe that a happy team within their work place breeds a happy customer and if our customers learn something new about the products they are enjoying, they'll return," added Ismail Akil Abbasi, CEO and President of Dubtrade LLC, the CBTL franchisee for the UAE.
