Jumbo Electronics, UAE's leading consumer electronics, information technology and Telecommunications retail and distribution giant has increased its presence at GITEX Computer Shopper 2004, making it the largest exhibitor at the event.

'Jumbo is GITEX' theme will resound in UAE in the mass media, at the Jumbo stand at GITEX, and across its retail network of 23 stores in the UAE. The line-up of never-before offers on leading brands such as Acer, Brother,Dell, Epson, HP, IBM, I-Mate, Motorola, Nokia, Palm, Samsung, Sony-Ericsson, Sony, Targus and Edifier and many others will be combined with an array of daily raffles on purchases.
The IT division will feature a bonanza of technological innovation through the new notebooks launched by HP and Acer. These sleek and powerful notebooks pack the Wi-Fi features of the Intel Centrino. Another leading brand, EPSON will demonstrate digital photography by printing photographs clicked at the stand on Epson's photo printer.
Dell, the recent addition to Jumbo's IT offering will also announce a new range. The division will have on offer Sony Micro Vault Pro as the ideal USB Media storage device. This product has already gained huge popularity amongst working executives, women users, and business travellers alike.
The Sony Division will display and promote several new products across multiple categories. Sony's new launches will include the 7.2 Mega Pixels Digital Still Camera, the 42'' MX Series Wega Plasma, the HI-MD Mini Disc Players, Wireless Air Shot Projecter, 2 new PS2 Game titles, Display Management System and many more exciting new products.
The Telecom stand will be buzzing with activity with the launch of the new Nokia 9500 Communicator supported by a live entertaintment programme. The Nokia 9500 Communicator offers high memory capacity, a full set of business-critical applications, and versatile network connections - so you can keep in stride with your work on the go.
There will also be fantastic offers on Siemens, Sony Ericcson, Samsung, Motorola, and Palm amongst others. Special enhancement offers like Bluetooth, Imaging and Accessories for Cars will be key highlights. Shoppers can also look out for the unique buy back schemes on Siemens Mobiles and discount vouchers on Motorola. Several exclusive models of mobile phones will also be sold at the stand to generate funds for charity.
The Digital Imaging group will also have a high profile presence at the stand, with Brother multi-function devices.
Surprise winnings will be a regular feature with Jumbo offering a chance to win daily raffles and a grand raffle of Sony 29" Wega Televisions and Acer laptops.
