- PRESS RELEASE
SNAS Company has introduced a new product, SNAS Economy Express, which is an economically priced centre-to-centre solution for shipments within the Kingdom.
Mohammed Al Jamea introduced the new service as a further commitment on behalf of SNAS to service the Saudi business and social communities by providing a reliable transportation solution that is simple, 100% efficient and accessible to all, adding that SNAS draws on the expertise and knowledge of DHL, the global market leader of the international express and logistics industry.
Speaking at the event, Nasser Khalili said "SNAS Economy Express is a welcome addition to the Saudi market and is the result of extensive research into consumer needs and fully answers the demand for an economically priced service that is complementary to the range of services currently available in the market."
He also described how the new service operates: "SNAS Economy Express is a very cost-efficient, pay-by-cash service by which the customer delivers the shipment to a designated SNAS Express Centre and the consignee collects the shipment from the Express Centre at destination."
SNAS Economy Express Centres are open Saturday to Wednesday from 8am to 10pm, Thursday up to 4pm and packages can be dropped off at any of the currently available four locations in Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam for a delivery to designated centres that are spread all around the Kingdom. SNAS plans to widen the service's availability for dropping-off shipments by opening no fewer than ten designated centres across the Kingdom before the end of 2004.
