Dewan Architects to participate in ExpoReal '04

The annual event will be spread over three days from the 4th-6th of October and is to be held in the New Munich Trade Fair Centre, Munich.

Dubai-based Dewan Al-Emara Architects and Engineering's has been invited to the prestigious real-estate exposition to enlighten the German audience on the recent developments in UAE's real estate sector. Dewan's participation in the event shall offer a review of the latest trends and innovations in the commercial real estate market in UAE. The important role that Dewan has played in developing the real estate market through various commercial projects shall also be highlighted through the event.

So far, Dewan Architects has transformed UAE's landscape through a myriad of large-scale construction projects involving hotels, malls and residential complexes. Currently, Dewan is working on a number of prestigious projects including the 30-storey Thuraya office tower at the Dubai Media City, the Green Community, the Gardens Shopping Mall and Dubai Sports City.

The commercial real estate exhibition is to feature 1,300 exhibitors from 30 countries offering information about regions, cities and real-estate projects on 42,000 sqm across the globe. Apart from Dewan, UAE's construction and real-estate development industry shall also be represented by Emaar and DAMAC.
