Emirates Computers to showcase the latest technical solutions at Gitex 2004

The company who is participating at the show for the 23rd year running have experienced significant development over recent years in the information technology applications market and will be showcasing several of their leading application solutions which can be found at Hall 4 (D4-1).

Kamel continued "The stand is in fact a turnkey project in itself and will house all Emirates Computers' offerings as demos as well as active stand components. The network design, integration of systems, infrastructure and setup are all part of this project."

The connectivity requirements of the stand are built around Cisco WiFi systems to ensure reliable coverage for the whole area. This will give higher mobility and resilience and also provide a trouble free process for viewing the solutions. One area of the stand will be entirely dedicated to scheduled daily presentations, featuring the latest technologies and products from Emirates Computer's global partners.

Just some of the partners who will be featured on the stand include Sun, Cisco, Oracle, Dell, OpenText, Nokia, Vignette, Verint, Autonomy, Tandberg,Thiel, Primare, Microstrategy, Amadeus, Microsoft, Interactive Intelligence. In addition to this there will be a kiosk which will host a health self service application. A number of industry solutions for education such as e-schools, insurance, national security and turn key projects will also be available on display during the show.
