M.E.I.S - Steelfab 2004 to witness region's largest display of Steel Working Machinery

The three-day Middle East Industrial Show (M.E.I.S) - Steelfab 2004, to be held at Expo Centre Sharjah from October 10, will witness the region's largest display of Steel Working Machinery.
A major highlight of the M.E.I.S - Steelfab 2004, the Middle East's first exclusive trade show to fully cater to the needs of Steel Working Industry, will be the powder coating system, manufactured by SAMES of France and represented in the region by Egypt-based MIA Company.
The other attraction at the event will be the wide array of displays by the Sharjah-based La Rosa company including Hydraulic Press Brake, Box & Pan Brake, Hydraulic Swing Beam Shearer, Hydraulic Shearer, Mechanical Shearing Machine, Motor-Driven Shearer, Foot Power Shearing Machine, Roller Bending Machine, Lock Former Machine, Cladding Machine, Pipe Threader, Hydraulic Section Bender, Notching Machine, Hydraulic Combined Punching & Shearing M/C, Drilling & Milling M/C, Cut - Off Machines, Welding M/C, Bench Grinder, Power Press, Lathe Machine Power Press, Hand Pallet Truck, Hand & Electric Stacker and Shop Cranes. La Rosa has been operating as a machine trading company since 1996.
Besides hi-tech equipment, M.E.I.S - Steelfab 2004 will also focus on Surface treatment, Welding & Cutting, Software, Finishing Systems, and Anti-Corrosion & Coatings.
Some of the international steel working machinery manufacturers participating in the event are Belgium-based LVD, UK-based PEDDINGHAUS, and Germany-based HANS KLEIN. Several top-notch brands from Italy, Spain, Sweden, Korea, Taiwan, India and China will also be present at the show.
"SteelFab will be the largest dedicated display of Steel Working Machinery in the Middle East. Given the queries that we have received about the show, it can be said that so far it has evoked very encouraging response from the steel working industry in the GCC states in particular, and other parts of Middle East and North Africa in general," said Mr. Fasahat Ali Khan, Acting Director General, Expo Centre Sharjah.
The M.E.I.S - Steelfab 2004 is being organised by Expo Centre Sharjah with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI). It will be open from October 10-12, 2004, from 10 am to 1 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm to trade visitors only.
