Saudi Aramco, Qatar Petroleum and Petroleum Development Oman to debut at ADIPEC 2004

ADIPEC 2004 (Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference) will feature the debut participation of three of the biggest oil companies in the region.
ADIPEC 2004 will be held 10 - 13 October 2004, at the Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre (ADIEC) under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Chairman of the Supreme Petroleum Council.
ADIPEC has national pavilions from the UK, Germany, Canada, the US, Iran and Italy. Further, pavilions from China, India, France, Russia and Spain are making their debut at this year's show.
In a further recognition of ADIPEC's stature as a leading event for the global oil and gas industry, trade and commercial bodies such as; the UK Department of Trade & Investment, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade - Canada, Scottish Development International, Norwegian Trade Council, UBI France, VDMA-Germany, Italian Trade Commission, Spain's Fluidex Association and the US Commercial Service, among others, have endorsed ADIPEC 2004.
"ADIPEC, the premier oil and gas trade show in the Middle East, caters to the needs of a market that possesses a very large share of the world's oil and gas reserves and production capability. Procurement of equipment and services for this industry sector has risen steadily over the last 5 years. Over 170 US exhibitors will be participating in ADIPEC 2004, with the USA Pavilion this year, double the size of the US 2002 presence at ADIPEC. The pavilion will feature a variety of companies that provide of state-of-the-art technologies for the industry, including; combustion and pollution control systems, logging and drilling equipment, and environmentally advanced waste separation systems" said Mr. Christian Reed, Commercial Counsellor of the U.S. Embassy, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
"The biggest names in the industry are at ADIPEC because the event provides an unrivalled platform for the world's best oil and gas companies and manufacturers of products and services, as well as technology service providers to the oil and gas industry, to showcase their capabilities in front of a global audience" said Mr. Ali Bin Hatem, Director of Exhibitions & Conferences, the General Exhibitions Corporation (GEC).
ADIPEC 2004 will be held 10th - 13th October, 2004 at the Abu Dhabi International Exhibition Centre and will feature not only manufacturers of oil and gas products, technology and service providers, but the all important end users who stand to benefit from these products, services and technology. This makes ADIPEC a "Total Oil and Gas Show".
The significance of ADIPEC to the global oil and gas industry has attracted leading sponsors such as; ADNOC, BP, Baker Hughes, ExxonMobil, Schlumberger, Shell & TOTAL, INPEX Corporation - JODCO and Emirates Holdings, as well as ETIHAD AIRWAYS - the National Airline of the UAE.
