HH Sheikh Hamdan and HH Sheikh Mohammed tour Etisalat stand at GITEX 2004

Senior officials of Etisalat, including Mohammed Hassan Omran, Acting President and CEO, and Obaid Bin Mes'har, Senior Executive Vice President of Etisalat, guided the distinguished visitors around the giant stand - the largest in the exhibition's history in Hall 7 of Dubai World Trade Centre. Mohammed Omran said: "We are honoured by the visit of HH Sheikh Hamdan and HH Sheikh Mohammed to our stand.

"We are proud too that we, as a corporation, have been instrumental in taking the name of the UAE far and wide and helping to make it a byword for technological and communication excellence. Events such as the recent win of the licence to operate the second GSM network in Saudi Arabia, have confirmed Etisalat's position at the forefront of the regional and world communication industries."

Their Highnesses were guided on a tour of the stand during which they were able to see the Corporation's display of some of its latest products and services. The tour took in the eCompany displays, the Federal e-Government stand, Network Services, E-Vision, Ettihad Etisalat, and Mobile Services. In addition they were informed of the innovations that are still in the pipeline and which will become commercially available in the near future.
