At GITEX 2004 PhonoClick is showing its Digital Voice Recording solutions catered for call centers, enterprises, and legal authorities for lawful interception purposes.
Besides Digital Voice Recording solutions, PhonoClick is also showing its three major products, PhonoClick Telephony Server, PhonoClick Teleconferencing Server and PhonoClick Multiparty Voice Chat at GITEX Hall7, Stand Q7-1.
PhonoClick Multiparty Voice Chat is a powerful, scalable hosting platform for voice chat services. It offers a comprehensive system including an IVR menu system and web-based administration tools and supports different types of voice chat environments. It has support for Arabic and English for its web and voice interfaces.
At GITEX 2004 PhonoClick is showing PhonoClick Telephony Server, one of first VoiceXML compliant telephony server software products in the world, and PhonoClick Teleconferencing Server with features to host and manage teleconferencing services for telco and corporate environments. Both products support Arabic and English for its voice and web interfaces.
