- PRESS RELEASE
Visitors flocked to the 23rd Worldwide Property & Investment Show, which opened in Bahrain on the 5th October with a record number of developers and agents participating.
Organizers Dubai Shows Ltd. Mr. Saeed Chinoy Managing Director said, "We have worked extremely hard over the past few months to encourage international developers to consider marketing their projects in the Gulf and we are delighted that our visitors are seeing the benefit of meeting such a large cross section of developments all showing together on their doorstep! The return of vast funds from previous investment havens and the surge in oil prices have created a large liquidity of money in the Middle East which is seeking reinvestment in regional and international property."

Showing for the first time will be exhibitors from Italy, France, Malta, Cyprus, Northern Cyprus, Turkey, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa, Poland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Brazil, Thailand, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Dubai plus a large group from Spain, the UK and Australia.
