ITQAN Al-Bawardi Computers is to provide the National Consultative Council with state of the art solution to improve working practices and speed up business processes at NCC. The project involves the implementation of ITQAN latest initiatives launched during Gitex 2004, eDiwan the integrated Microsoft based portal solution for e-governments and Kawader the localized version of the HR and payroll for a leading ERP solution Microsoft Great Plains. In addition, OpenText Livelink is used for the enterprise document management and workflow process automation. NCC dynamic website is based on the Microsoft Content Management Server and will use Veritas Technology for backup, allowing greater efficiencies.

As part of the agreement announced today, ITQAN consultants will evaluate specific target benefits and measures, identify critical success factors and risks to be managed during the implementation and provide best practices that are followed by leading e-government service providers around the world.
Key factors for ITQAN's successful implementation are managing the complexity of the project that is integrating multiple components from hardware and software technology providers.
