New ACDelco web site looks the part
- United Arab Emirates: Sunday, October 10 - 2004 at 10:08
- PRESS RELEASE
ACDelco, already one of the most recognized brands in the automotive aftermarket, has launched a dedicated web-site for Middle East consumers.
According to Joe Elenz, Regional Director Aftersales, General Motors Middle East, a subsidiary of General Motors and a world-class leader in the automotive aftermarket, this is much more than a product information site.
"It is a well known fact that prevention is better than cure, and nowhere is this more evident than in car maintenance," said Elenz. "Through the introduction of www.acdelcoarabia.com we aim to help consumers by educating them as to the importance of proper maintenance, how to trouble shoot and prevent a problem becoming bigger than it need be. We also provide details of our high-end service facilities, featuring Service Centers across the region and of course, our full range of genuine spare parts."
ACDelco has a long history of innovation and has earned a solid reputation for the dependability of its parts. The company currently supplies more than 65,000 components parts worldwide in 57 different classifications.
"A common misperception is that ACDelco products are only available for GM vehicles," says Elenz. "This couldn't be further from the truth. ACDelco has aggressively expanded its product lineup and coverage to meet the growing needs of the Middle East marketplace and is committed to offering all cars and models coverage on all product lines."
The web site highlights the extensive range of parts available - from air, oil fuel and transmission filters through to batteries and brakes - all of which are available for all makes and models of vehicles currently on the road including Acura, Audi, BMW, DaimlerChrysler, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, Volvo and Volkswagen.
ACDelco's network of Service Centers is growing rapidly across the Middle East region. There are now 21 centers across the Middle East region where vehicle owners of any make or model, can get high-quality vehicle repair experience with quality replacement parts installed by experienced technicians in a clean and comfortable environment.
"Each service is completed in two hours or less, at a competitive price and no appointment is needed," says Elenz.
Services performed at all ACDelco Service Centers include lubrication, oil and filter change, engine tune-up, battery replacement, shock and strut replacement, air conditioning service, brake service, front-end alignment and much more.
"ACDelco Service Centers are opening on a continual basis," concludes Elenz. "Details of the new locations can be easily obtained by visiting the www.acdelco.arabia.com website."
