For the first time in the region, ATE is exhibiting an industrial automatic lacquer spraying machine for furniture and woodworking. The machine is the latest in automated finishing for furniture, where the easy touch screen numeric controls allow the manufacturer to program the exact amount of paint to be applied onto the furniture components, thereby ensuring the highest possible quality, consistency and economic productivity.

By controlling the amount of spray applied, as well as the exact dimensions to be sprayed, the machine ensures no more lacquer than required is applied, and waste is kept to the bare minimum. The long term savings guaranteed by operating such machines, are very significant.

Giardina is one of the leading manufacturers of automated finishing machinery in the world; from their large factory near Milano Italy, they have supplied and installed finishing lines in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North America.
