- Saudi Arabia: Wednesday, October 13 - 2004 at 11:39
- PRESS RELEASE
The world's largest single-phase residential community development - Jumeirah Beach Residence - was in the limelight at the International Real Estate and Housing Exhibition that was held at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, from 4th to 8th October 2004.
He pointed out that Jumeirah Beach Residence provides one of the best investment potentials in the fastest growing city in the region. The community at JBR is Dubai's last major beachfront lifestyle development on Jumeirah beach area.
"Jumeirah Beach Residence is attracting buyers from all over the world. People realised very early on its value proposition whether it is for own use as a first or second home, or for investment purposes or for rental income in one of the best cities of the world," Al Dabal pointed out.
Sunstantial GCC presence
He said GCC buyers led the way and were among the first to take up substantial units in the development. The US$ 1.6 billion Jumeirah Beach Residence sprawls across a massive 22 million square feet of gross floor area covering a length of 1.7 kilometres of Dubai's pristine Jumeirah Beach coastline - the last remaining stretch of golden seaside this side of Jebel Ali Free Zone.
The community will be self-sustaining and will cater to a community of 25,000 people. It will feature 36 residential towers comprising 6,500 housing units and four luxury hotel towers, offering everything from upscale shopping and dinning to leisure and entertainment.
"Jumeirah Beach Residence is an address anyone would be proud to own. We, ourselves, are proud of what we are creating and are not hesitant to stand up and be counted amongst the world's finest properties on offer to a globally discerning clientele," added Al Dabal.
