Sharjah's Sahara Shopping Mall selects Oracle E-Business Suite to enhance business operations and customer service

Sharjah's Sahara Shopping Mall has recently selected Oracle E-Business Suite to improve operational efficiency, financial reporting, speed up decision making and enhance customer service.
Oracle Applications will give the Sahara management a complete picture of their operations at any point in time, using one system to control their whole business. Oracle E-Business Suite is fully scalable and as Sahara grows the system will be also able to support this growth. The Oracle E-Business Suite customer relationship management modules will help manage and measure all marketing, sales and service operations, while the supply chain management modules will be used to optimize and analyze the buy side operations. Oracle Financials will enable Sahara Mall to manage its accounting and financing and provide accurate, up-to-the-minute reports to senior management.
